He has successfully led the delivery of large and complex construction projects involving advanced construction technologies, high-performance building systems and challenging site-conditions. Known for his hands-on, solution-oriented approach, he actively mitigates technical risks, resolves execution bottlenecks and ensures predictable outcomes, with a master grasp across the project lifecycle. Mr. Khose lays a strong emphasis on sustainability which reflects in all the endeavours he's a part of.
He has done his Bachelor of Engineering and followed it up with a prestigious MBA degree from India's premier institute, bringing an unparalleled level of technical and business acumen.

Ar. Parag Bokil

Principal Architect

Ar. Parag Pradip Bokil, Principal Architect at Convurt, has over twenty years' experience with a strong background in designing and master planning of real estate, industrial and institutional projects. From concept to completion, he has a proven track record of delivering robust, sustainable and aesthetically balanced solutions. Clear focus on functionality, cost-efficiency and timely handover remain some of his strong suits.

Mr. Bokil has many accolades to his name such as the award for excellence in academics by IIA and the recognition by Pidilite to name a few. He has done his M.Arch. in Construction Management from Pune University and has been a distinguished rank holder.

Mr. Rahul Dingane

Structural Consultant

With 20+ years of experience in structural design, Mr. Rahul Dingane, Structural Consultant at Convurt, has a great command over delivering end-to-end PEB solutions and complex industrial building projects. He has had an impeccable run of turning in safe, efficient and most cost-effective steel structures in commercial and institutional domains.

Mr. Dingane has completed his Master of Engineering as a Structure Chartered Engineer.
